Liz Moskow helps oversee SRG's Culinary Practice, an integral component of the firm's consumer insights, brand strategy, brand positioning, new product innovation, advertising, and design services. In addition to guiding innovation activities, Liz contributes to SRG's culinary trend and insights work from a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, part of the firm's 14,000-square-foot Experience Design Center. Prior to her appointment as Culinary Director, Moskow served as Restaurant and Dining Critic for the Boulder Daily Camera, penning a weekly restaurant review and food column. Moskow has also owned and operated her own marketing and communications consultancy focused on emerging brands and foodservice companies, and has served on SRG's "Culinary Council" for six years. The Culinary Council is a 175-person team of experts and food celebrities from around the world who advise SRG on emerging food, foodservice, beverage and food culture trends. Moskow earned a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
